so for the longest time i didn’t know you could do this and it saves sooo much time.
so step one is to select a bunch of elements you want to move into a view
the next step is to click editor > embed in > view (or whatever)
all the now-sub-views are moved into a view and they have kept all of their constraints! perfect!
after setting constraints on the new parent view, you can also embed that one into another one and they all keep their constraints. phew!
